No. For now, you can book by entering your name, phone number, number of players, and preferred time slot. Omnee keeps the process simple so you can reserve a court quickly.
Available slots are shown live on the booking page. If a time is already booked, it will appear disabled. Once you select an available slot and confirm your details, your booking is reserved.
At the moment, bookings can be confirmed with pay-at-facility or manual payment confirmation depending on the court. Online payments can be added later when the facility supports them.
Cancellation and time changes depend on the facility’s policy. You can contact the court directly or message Omnee support, and we’ll help you with the next step.
Most facilities hold a confirmed slot for a limited time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so your group can start on time and avoid losing play time.
Yes. You can enter the number of players and add a team name or note during booking. This helps the facility prepare for your group before you arrive.
